Join us for the 2023 Annual Meeting

This year's Annual meeting will be Tuesday, November 7 at the Cottonwood Lodge at the Hyland Hills golf course. Sign in is at 6:45 pm and the meeting starts promptly at 7 pm.

We will cover plans for 2024 and review the financials. This is great opportunity to connect with other people in our neighborhood. You can also get involved in one of our many volunteer opportunities. Help us make this neighborhood great.

We really need a Treasurer to keep an eye on the numbers. You don’t need to be an accountant or CPA. You just need to be familiar with balance sheets and accounting entries. This requires one 2-hour Zoom meeting a month and some extra time to review the financials.

We are also in desperate need of someone to put the newsletter together. We will provide you with the articles and information. We use Canva as the software and I understand it is quite easy to use. The only time requirement is that the newsletter be ready to be send on the 1st or 2nd of the month. You do not have to be on the board to do this.

Third, we need an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Chair. This person, along with two other homeowners, reviews requests for changes to homes. Sometimes more information is needed and almost all projects are approved.

We could also use more board members at large to offer more voices and opinions. If we don’t get several more members, we will have to pay for services and that cost will be passed along to your dues for 2025. Any questions, email them to Hylandgreenshoa@gmail.com.
